

Why roast when there are so many great Roasters to supply your cafe? The answer is simple. Our hands are on the Coffee from the moment it comes through the door to the moment we apply water and every step in between. As a Barista, I know Which taste profile I want to achieve in the cup. As a Roaster, This impression is translated directly to the roasting process. You cannot achieve this degree of control by only brewing the Coffee.
At Frontside Coffee Roasters, we select great coffees from around the globe and gently roast them to perfection.
We generally roast three ways.
- Peak Roast - A lighter roast intended to showcase that origin's specific cup qualities (body, acidity & flavor).
- Dark Roast - Just a few pops into second crack, our dark roasts are not simply burned coffee. With just a hint of oil on the exterior, these coffees showcase the dark chocolate flavor spectrum without bitterness.
- French Roast - Very dark & oily coffee beans. Roasted into the twilight of second crack.
